Everme Retreat
Set the Vision for Your Creatively Designed Life in 2020
January 17-19, 2020 | Scandia, MN
Have you ever felt disconnected? Disconnected from others, yourself, and your soul? Have you ever felt like who you are feels far from who you were really meant to be? We’ve been there, and that’s why we created this amazing, soul-filled event.
This retreat is designed specifically for you: a hardworking, millennial woman who longs for conscious connection. This weekend is packed with opportunities for you to reflect, do deep-work to creatively design your life, and connect with other women just like you.
We’ve made two purposeful decisions when creating this event:
This a digital detox. No cell phones, no social media, just you, your beautiful heart, and the hearts of the women around you.
No booze. As fun as sharing a glass of wine with girlfriends is, unfortunately, it can cloud our true emotions. We want us all to be clear-minded as we bravely do this deep work together.
As a group, we will work through a three-step process to craft your creatively designed life:
Define Your “Core Desired Feelings”: With some help from author Danielle Laporte, we will guide you through an activity that starts at your heart. When you think about your life, how do you really want to feel? The feelings you identify will be the foundation for the next two steps.
Set Your 2020 Vision: Based on how you want to feel from step 1, you will create a physical vision board to reflect what you want in 2020. Whether you’ve never created a vision board, or you have one you’d like to bring along and update, you will have everything you need to complete this activity.
90-day Goal Setting: It's great to have big goals, but we will teach you a process that you can use every 90 days to intentionally check in on your core desired feelings and your 2020 vision. This activity is designed to apply what you’ve learned in steps one and two in a meaningful, practical way.
Here’s How You Know This Event Is For You

FAQ
Can I go to this event alone? 100%. Everme Retreat is a space where millennial women from various backgrounds can come together in a place of community. You may come alone, but we are confident you will leave feeling uniquely connected to 9 other like-minded women.
I can only attend part of the event. Am I still able to participate? Unfortunately, no. Everme Retreat was designed in a way where each activity builds to form a collective event. Thus, we would hate for you to miss the full experience. If it doesn’t work for you to attend this time, keep an eye out for future events!
I don’t do yoga, and I’m not flexible. Is this a yogi retreat? Prior yoga experience is not required. Yoga provided will focus on gentle, restorative poses and can be modified to accommodate all skill levels. While we believe movement is essential in connecting with self and cultivating creativity, yoga will be just one portion of the retreat.
What if I’m introverted, is this event for me? Totally! No worries, introverts. There will be plenty of meaningful conversation and time to wind down and process to keep your cup full.
I love the idea of a digital detox, but what if I need my phone? We will provide a phone number for your loved ones to contact the retreat hosts in case of emergency. Thus, providing you a way to disconnect responsibility.
I’d love to come but can’t pay the full amount upfront. Do you accept payment plans? Yes! In fact, we believe personal development should stress you (in a good way!) not strap you. Meaning, this should feel like an investment in yourself, but it shouldn’t put you in a poor financial state. Send us a message and let’s talk about what a payment option could look like for you!
Meet Your Retreat Leaders
In the summer of 2019, we (Kelsey and Bridget) sat down to catch up over dinner and left with a mission: create a space for women to help eliminate disconnection. We are inspired to create real social experiences that connect us to ourselves, each other, and our greater life callings. We believe we are creatively designed to make this happen.
Kelsey:
I often ask my clients "what do you care so much about that it moves you to tears?". For me, it's working with millennial women and watching them get to know themselves, their hearts and their life's paths.
I am fiercely passionate about turning what sets your soul on fire into a reality. The second I hear even a sneak peak of someone's dream job, dream idea or dream life, I feel called to bring that to life. I believe that if you have a dream, it's worth chasing.
My mission as a life coach is to be a resource for determined millennial women who want to lead purposeful, intentional and creatively designed lives and careers. We'll work best together if you are driven, a self-declared risk taker and someone who is ready to take full control of their life.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me hanging out with my husband and our snorkie (yorkie - schnauzer mix). I love reading, writing, drawing, exercising, teaching yoga and being outdoors.
Bridget:
Do you remember those senior profiles featured in your high school newspaper? In my senior profile circa 2008, my words of wisdom read: “Become the best version of yourself.” As cheesy as it sounds, 10+ years later that is STILL my truth! I’m in love with the process of becoming the best version of myself, and it energizes me to act as a sounding board, resource, and friend for other women as they seek to do the same.
In our fast paced, distracted world, it’s common to find yourself stuck, burnt out, or unfulfilled. I am passionate about helping women lead balanced, unapologetic, purposeful lives through clarity of goals and intentional self-care.
As a counselor turned coach, I wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert of your own life. Coaching is a collaborative venture that allows you as the coachee the time and space necessary to fully examine and actively participate in creating your ideal life!
When I am not coaching or counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading, running, and all things personal development!
