Reiki is energy healing.

Reiki is a form of energy healing. Reiki means “spiritually guided energy”. It is a complementary form of healing to both western and eastern medicine. Reiki supports healing at an energetic level meaning Reiki heals that which we cannot see with our own two eyes.

Reiki has the ability to heal many different things from physical ailments to emotional, ancestral, and past life traumas. Reiki has no limits on its ability to move, transform and heal. 

I practice Distance Reiki which is completed both in the quantum field and via a virtual session. 

What happens in a Reiki session?  A reiki session is a relaxing experience. You will need to find a comfortable spot (either sitting or lying down) where you can rest uninterrupted. You’ll want a journal, pen, and some water to drink after the session.

Energy Clearing

This is a perfect opportunity to experience Reiki, especially if you never have before. In a 30-minute energy clearing session, I will scan your aura and energetic body and 7 chakras for “byoki” which is stuck or stagnant energy. This session is like an energetic tune-up when you find that your energy has become heavy, has shifted in an undesirable way, or feels foreign like it’s not your own authentic energy. At the end of the session, I will share with you any intuitive messages that came through that feel supportive in keeping your energy clear.

Reiki Focus Session

A Reiki Focus Session is a 45-minute targeted healing session. At the start of the session, we identify what you are healing and ask the Reiki energy to focus here. At the end of the session, I will share with you any intuitive messages that came through that feel supportive of your overall healing journey. This session also includes an overall energy clearing.
