This is probably more so a list of lessons from my twenties but 30 in 30 sounded catchy…
Learn to call yourself out on your own BS
Stop looking for external confirmation of what you want to create because what you will create doesn’t yet exist
Build the wall brick by brick
If you don’t know where to go next, follow the path of curiosity
Your intuition is never wrong
No one has a copy of “how to be you”. You are the author and it is in progress.
Don’t limit purpose to the confinement of a career. It’s more magnificent than a job description.
Communication is the cure for most things
Grief doesn’t care how long it’s been and that’s ok
Be confident in what lights you up
The first thing to do if you feel stuck is to climb the emotional ladder
The days are long and the years are short but present moments can last a lifetime
Stop apologizing
The more you understand yourself, the more beautiful life becomes
Comparison is a trap
Sometimes God’s greatest gifts are right under your nose

Other people’s opinions or judgments of you are none of your business
No one cares most about you than you
There is always a lesson to be learned - in every situation. If you can’t find one, call me.
Tell people you love them. Unconditional love isn’t just for doggos.
Hard work isn’t the only way to achieve and get what you want
God is always with you and for you. Period.
Unlearned lessons will continue to appear until you’ve learned what you are supposed to learn
Friends come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime
‘No’ is a complete sentence
What you resist the most is probably what needs your attention the most
Personal development investments always pay dividends
Every decision presents you with an opportunity to travel down Head Street or Heart Street. Make it a goal to choose Heart Street more.
