Maintaining a clear and positive energy body is essential for our overall well-being. Especially if you are a highly sensitive person, someone with a caring heart or someone who interacts with a lot of people throughout your day!
Your energy body, also known as your aura, can pick up negative energies throughout the day, impacting our mental, emotional, and physical health. A great way to clear your energy body is to incorporate it into your evening routine.
Here’s how:
Start by bringing your attention to your breath. You don’t have to change the pace of your breath; simply watch your inhales and exhales happen. This helps to calm your mind and prepare you for the clearing process.
Visualize a ball of white, light, clearing energy just above the crown of your head. Move this light throughout your aura and all the way down to the space around the tips of your toes. This process can help clear any negative energy that you may have accumulated throughout the day.
It’s important to note that this process can take as little or as long as you like. Some people prefer to take their time, while others may only spend a few minutes. The key is to make it a part of your daily evening routine to continue to clear your energy body and promote better sleep and overall well-being. By taking a few minutes each night to clear your energy, you may sleep better, have more energy during the day, and feel more balanced and grounded overall.
